Tomorrow I have a riding lesson. It's my first one since I did the horse show. I'm looking forward to a little "me" time. Since we had conferences last night I'm tired and ready for some relaxation. My son is spending the night with his grandparents tonight so my husband and I are going to a movie. I'm not kidding this is the first move "out" we've had in almost TWO years! LOL, it feels like we're getting crazy! I was so sick and tired during my pregnancy that we really didn't go out much. Then, of course, once a baby comes there's really no time to do things on your own like a movie. Time alone together is really a valued and treasured commodity. I'm excited to spend some time with just my husband. I think getting alone time by yourself and as a couple are both extremely important - especially once you have kids. It's still vital to have a healthy mind and work on you as well as work on your relationship. Neither is easy to spend time on once kids are involved so make sure that you plan time into your life to get both of these necessities. Trust me, there will be a tough weight loss if you aren't making time for these two things. Stress plays a HUGE factor in losing weight. The more relaxed you are; the more likely you are to lose...
