I have been dying to work out! My doctor has told me to take it easy the past few days because my endometriosis has been so bad. When my blood gets pumping it increases the amount of blood flowing to my uterus, which in turn, causes flare ups. Ugh, things could be worse, but man am I sick of this pain. Today the pain has started to improve so I think in preparation of the New Year's festivities tomorrow I will try it tomorrow morning and see how it goes. Remember, if you're going to be drinking tomorrow eliminate as many "Fats" as possible such as your snack at night, your fat at dinner, and keep the calorie and fat content for all your meals low. I'm actually making dinner at our house and I'm making two dishes: a fatty, delicious dish, and a low-fat dish for people like me! The husbands always get irritated when I make low-fat dishes so I'm going to make a "spaghetti pizza" which has butter, eggs, lots of yummy cheese, and pepperoni for them. The ladies all actually seem to like eating healthy like me so I'm making a low-fat, whole wheat spaghetti and sauce for us. I'm not going to lie; the chocolate cake for tomorrow looks DELICIOUS but I'm steering clear of it because I will be drinking away my calories in alcohol.
